The paper gives a novel no-inverting composite amplifier, using network analysis to establish the mathematical transform function of the kind of amplifier's circuit, analyze the amplitude error and phase error of alternating current signal when the circuit is used as alternating current signal amplification, and at last the stability condition of the amplifier is given based on Bode plots analyzing, amplifier's circuit has already applied in the deviseion of power measuring apparatus, overcome generals no - inverting amplifiers phase - frequency error problem.
