摘要
为了有效地提高车轴校平机的校平效率,采用了IBM-PC586微机远程监控和PLCFX2-32MR现场测控的分布式控制模式,研制了一种高自动化的校平机控制系统.经运行证明,系统在保证较高的控制精度同时,有很强的抗干扰能力.
A highly automatic and accurate axletree leveller is presentd. IBM - PC586 is used to carry out the remote supervision and control together with the PLCFX2 - 32MR to form a distribute mode for on-the-sport measure and control. It is capable of resisting interference while maintaining a high controlling accuracy.
