原发性输卵管癌(PFTC)是恶性程度很高的妇科肿瘤,具有症状隐匿、发病率低、诊断符合率低等特点。文章总结了当前应用于PFTC术前诊断的影像学特征及分子标记物等方法,并探讨了影像学检查及分子标记物等在PFTC术前诊断中的应用价值。力求为提高PFTC术前诊断符合率、早期发现、及时治疗提供更好的检查方案。

Primary fallopian tube carcinoma （ PFTC ） is a lethal gynecologic malignancy with low incidence rate ,low diagnostic accordance rate. In order to improve the diagnostic accordance rate and provide diagnostic evidence for early detection and timely treatment, we summarized the molecular marker and imaging characteristics of PFTC and discussed the application value.
