摘要
利用酸化水基萃取剂萃取黑米中的花色苷 ,用大孔吸附树脂法精制黑米色素。采用正交实验法对萃取温度、酸度、固液比等因素对黑米色素的萃取效率的影响做了研究。实验结果表明 ,影响黑米色素提取效率的主要因素是温度和酸度 ,在 50~ 60℃ ,有机酸浓度为 1 % ( p H=1 .5~ 2 .0 )时 ,萃取 1 2 0 min效果最好。通过大孔吸附树脂精制后 ,黑米色素的花色苷含量可达2 3.7% ,色价为 E1%1cm=83,纯度远远高于现行的国家标准。
The technology of extraction and refining natural pigment composed of anthocyanins from black rice were studied with orthogonal design experiment. An acidic water based solvent was used to extract natural pigment, and macro porous adsorbing resin was used to refine the pigment. The results experiment showed that among the tested factors, temperature and acidity are the main factors that influence the extraction ability of the solvent. The appropriate extraction conditions are 50~60℃, 1.0% organic acid (pH=1.5~2.0), 120 min. Refined by the macro porous adsorbing resin the purity of product is higher than that produced by other methods.
