摘要
研究了 36 0 9名 1~岁儿童头发中微量元素与儿童智力发育不全的关系。结果表明 ,智力发育不全 (IQ值 55~ 6 9)儿童的发Zn为 (6 8 2 4± 16 56 )× 10 - 6 、Pb为 (14 73± 8 6 8)× 10 6 ;高智商 (IQ值 10 9~ 131)儿童的发Zn为 (98 6 2± 2 0 4 7)× 10 - 6 、Pb为 (7 92± 6 31)× 10 - 6 。正常儿童头发中Zn含量 [(83 16± 19 35)× 10 - 6 ]显著高于智力发育不全儿童 [(80 0 8± 18 4 7× 10 ) - 6 ,P <0 0 5]。而正常儿童头发中Pb含量 [(12 6 7± 7 4 8)× 10 - 6 则明显低于智力发育不全儿童 [(13 2 5± 7 57)× 10 - 6 ,P <0 0 5]。正常女童发Zn明显高于智力发育不全儿童的发Zn(P <0 0 5)。正常女童发Mn、Pb明显低于智力发育不全儿童的发Mn (P <0 0 5)、Pb (P <0 0 5)。正常男童的发Zn、Cu明显高于智力发育不全儿童的发Zn (P <0 0 5)、Cu (P <0 0 5)。正常男童的发Pb明显低于智力发育不全儿童的发Pb (P <0 0 5)。低锌高铅可能是儿童智力发育不全的重要致病原因。
The relations between 6 kinds of inorganic elements Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Mn and Pb)in hair and intelligence runtishness of 1021 out of 3609 teenager to 7 years old were studied.The results showed that(1) The content of Zn and Pb in hair of pupils of low IQ(55~69)was (68 24±16 56)×10 -6 .(2)The level of Zn and Pb in hair of pupil of high IQ(109~131)was (98 62±20 4)×10 -6 .(3)The content of Zn [(83 16±19 35)×10 -6 ]in hair of nornal children was higher that that[(80 08±18 47)×10 -6 , P <0 05]of deviant children.The content of Pb[(12 67±7 48)×10 -6 ]in hair of normal children lower than that[(13 25±7 54)×10 -6 , P <0 05]of deviant children.The content of Zn in hair of normal girls was than that ( P <0 05)of deviants girls.The content of Mn and Pb in hair of normal girls lower than that( P <0 05)of deviant boys.The content of Pb in hair of normal boys was lower than that( P <0 05)of deviant boys.Low Zn and high Pb in hair of children may be the couse of intelligence runtishness.
