摘要
系统性淀粉样变性是组织器官内积聚大量具糖蛋白性质的纤维物质，导致组织器官出现功能损害的一类疾病。轻链型淀粉样变性（AL）是其中最常见的类型。AL发病率为每年8~10/100万，确诊的中位年龄为63岁，其中50岁以下的患者约占10%，未治患者的中位生存期为12个月。
