驱蚊产品的使用调研及风险分析初探

A preliminary study on insect repellent use and risk analysis

儿童是使用驱蚊产品的一个重要群体,最容易受到有害物质影响。调查驱蚊产品的使用状况及其对儿童健康的潜在影响,分析风险因素可为消费者选购、使用驱蚊产品提供参考,并为开展驱蚊产品的风险研究及管理监督提供依据。调研是以问卷为基础,由经过培训的学校老师分发给学生家长分别填写。结果发现儿童使用驱蚊产品防止蚊虫叮咬的现象较普遍,但是家长对驱蚊产品的认知水平较低,导致其在选购、使用、存放过程中的不当行为,加剧了儿童暴露的风险。12%的被访儿童使用驱蚊产品后有不同程度的健康反应,主要表现为皮肤刺激、眼睛刺激。驱蚊产品存在交叉管理、标识混乱等问题。建议要正确适当使用驱蚊产品,尽量降低暴露风险,尽可能减少儿童使用,孕妇则需慎用。

To explore repellents use and analyze risks to children and provide reference for further study on insect re- pellents risks, and management. Parents answered the questionnaires at the instruction of the trained teacher. Repel- lents are commonly applied by children to repel pests. Limited risk awareness of repellents resulted in high exposure risks. 12% children have suffered from repellents poisoning like skin irritation, eye irritation. Labels of repellents show cross-management of some repellents. Children and the pregnant women are the main user and also the most suscepti- ble to harmful chemicals. Therefore, these groups should avoid exposure to repellents.
