摘要
一测多评法在中药各类化学成分含量测定中有广泛应用,目前已应用于中药材、中药饮片及中药复方制剂的含量测定及质量控制中,同时该法中技术也有新的改进。本文综述了一测多评法在中药化学成分分析中的应用及其研究进展。
Quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker（QAMS） has wide applications in assay of components in traditional Chinese medicine, including the Chinese crude drug, decoction pieces and compound preparations, with constant improvement in its technique. QAMS is suitable for the assay of components and quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine. The article is to sum the progress and application of quantitative analysis of multi-components by QAMS in the analysis of components of pharmaceutical chemistry.
