摘要
精密离心机动平衡测试系统由测角元件及测试面构成 ,动平衡执行机构由两个校正面构成。电容测微仪测得非轴承处的振动矢量 ,轴承处的振动矢量通过计算得到。在此基础上 ,建立动平衡运动方程 ,求得不平衡矢量 ,通过动平衡执行机构消除不平衡。
The dynamic balance measurement system is composed of the angle measuring unit and the 4 capacitance transducers which are placed on two correction planes, the dynamic balance actuator consists of 8 balance blocks which is mounted on the two correction planes and their corresponding stepping motors. The vibration vector out of the bearing can be detected by capacitance transducers, while the vector at bearing can be calculated. On the basis of it, through building the dynamic balance motion equation, the unbalance vector which can be eliminated by the dynamic actuator is obtained.
