摘要
以聚硅烷 (PS)、聚氯乙烯 (PVC)和钛酸四丁酯 (Ti(OBu) 4 合成含碳量不同的聚钛碳硅烷 (PTO)先驱体 ,经熔融纺丝、不熔化处理、高温烧成制备出具有较好工艺性能和电阻率为 10 3~ 10 0 Ω·cm的富碳Si Ti C O纤维。运用IR、GPC、VPO等分析手段系统地研究了富碳PTC先驱体的合成 ,讨论了含碳量对纤维的制备工艺及纤维性能的影响。
Polytitanocarbosilanes(PTC) with different C content were synthesized bypolysilane(LPS), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and Ti (OBu) 4. From these precursors, Si Ti C O fibers with 10 3~10 0Ω·cm specific resistance wereproduced after melt spinning, curing in air and sintering in high temperature. By IR, GPC, VPO, the Synllesis of PTC with rich carbon syntheses was studied and the influence of PVC content on the preparation and properties of these was Si Ti C O fibers were discussed.
