摘要
劳动与社会保障专业人才是我国建设完善的社会保障体系的基础。广东技术师范学院劳动与社会保障专业注重人文素养的培养、实训技能课、分层分类管理、项目驱动等方面探索新的人才培养模式,为该专业人才培养提供了新的思路。
Professional personnel of Labor and Social Security Program are the base of a perfect social security system in China. Labor and Social Security Program of Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University has provided a new professional personnel training model of enhancement of the students＇ humanism accomplishment, establishment of skill training courses, hierarchical classification management and project drive.
