缓速器转轮铸造工艺的优化

摘要 针对缓速器转轮产品铸造生产中经常出现的变形以及砂眼、气孔的现象,分析了原工艺存在的问题,从型砂、冒口等方面对铸造工艺进行了优化并改善了装备条件。通过对生产过程中制芯、配模、熔炼、浇注和热处理等关键工序质量的重点控制,显著提高了铸件成品率和铸造质量,降低生产成本,并保持产品质量的稳定。 The problems in the original process were analyzed on the deformation, sand inclusion and blowhole occurred in retarder rotors production frequently. The casting process was optimized from molding sand and riser, and the equipment condition was improved. The critical process quality, including coremaking, mold assembling, smelting, pouring and heat treatment, is controlled intensively. Thus the production rate and casting quality are improved markedly, the production cost is lowered, and the product quality is stable.
