摘要
10MW高温气冷堆 (HTR 10 )动力系统自动控制的研究中 ,给水流量调节回路是其底层的三个重要回路之一。由于对象存在着非线性特性及参数变化范围大等特点 ,给控制器参数的工程整定带来很大困难。本文针对研究的需要建立了适用的回路模型 ,通过仿真总结了该回路PID控制器的参数调整方法和规律 ,对控制系统的工程实现和现场整定有直接的参考作用及指导意义。
In research of automatic control of 10MW Gas cooled High Temperature Reactor power system, water flow regulation loop is one of the key loops. Because of large scale variance of parameters and nonlinearity of the object, there are many difficulties in tuning of the controller. Model in point is given out to fit the needs, practical tuning method is then presented through simulation. Results give good reference and great support to technical realization of the controller and tuning method in the field.
