摘要
ROPS/FOPS(Roll Over Protective Structure/Falling Object Protect Structure)是加装在工程车辆驾驶室外的一种装置 ,其主要功能是在车辆发生滚翻与受落物冲击时有效地保护司机的生命安全。本文推导了弹性、弹塑性阶段 ROPS/FOPS变形的计算公式 ,编制了相应的计算机程序 ,计算了 TY32 0马力推土机的 ROPS/FOPS弹塑性变形量。
The ROPS/FOPS (Roll Over Protective Structure/Falling Object Protective Structure) are the devices installed on heavy-duty vehicles to prevent the driver from injury in such accidents. A calculating formula of the elastic and elastic-plastic stage is deduced and numerical values of the elastic-plastic deformation of the TY320 Bulldozer’s ROPS/FOPS are calculatedin the paper.\;
