摘要
在 TC4合金表面进行了激光熔覆 Ni Cr BSi C合金涂层的试验 ,利用扫描电镜、电子探针和X射线衍射仪等对熔覆层的微观组织进行了分析 ,测试了熔覆层的显微硬度 .结果表明 ,激光熔覆涂层的组织是在初晶 γ- Ni和 γ- Ni与 Ni3 B等相组成的多元共晶基底上分布着 Ti B2 和 Ti C颗粒 ,熔覆层的显微硬度在 HV90 0~ 1 1 0 0之间 ,比基体钛合金提高了 3~ 4倍 .
Laser cladding was performed on the surface of TC4 alloy with NiGrBSiC. Microstructures of clad layers were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and electron probe, and micro hardness was measured. The results show that the structure of laser cladding layers is that TiB2 and TiC particles contribute in the matrix consisted of primary γ-Ni and multiple eutectics of γ-Ni and Ni3B. The micro hardness range of cladding layer is from HV900 to 1100, which is 3 times more than that of substrate of Titanium alloys.
