摘要
应用程序设计语言 VISUAL BISIC研究开发了一种在电弧焊过程中进行轨迹跟踪的实时图像处理方法 .由 CCD面阵摄像机在焊接点之前摄取坡口图像,通过图像采集系统和计算机软件处理,得到坡口中心位置,以当前坡口中心相对初始坡口中心的偏差量为检测量,据此指引焊抢运动进行实时跟踪 .轨迹跟踪精度可达 0.5 mm.如果用多台摄像机同时摄像,则可以检测出三维信息,大大提高跟踪精度 .
A real- time image processing method is studied and developed by using procedure designing language— visual basic,which can track trail in arc welding, capture a groove image with CCD in front of weld and get the core of groove through image capturing system and processing of software. Welding torch is leaded to move and track timely with the deviation quantity of the core of current groove and the core of initial groove. Orbit tracking precision can reach 0.5mm. If several video cameras are used at the same time, it can test three dimensional information, improving tracking precision greatly.
