摘要
目的了解延边地区小学生的营养知识、态度及膳食行为状况,为有效开展营养健康教育提供依据。方法采用方便抽样方法,选取延边地区3个县市的720名四年级学生进行营养相关知识、态度及膳食行为的问卷调查。结果延边地区小学生营养相关知识、态度及膳食行为得分分别为(9.12±1.95)、(46.32±5.35)、(20.68±2.36)分,处于良好状态的小学生分别占10.6%,12.4%,42.2%。营养相关知识与膳食行为无相关,与交通工具相关有统计学意义(P<0.05)。营养相关态度、性别、居住情况、自己是否有居室、交通工具、业余时间安排与膳食行为相关均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论延边地区小学生营养知识水平低,持有的营养态度不够积极,膳食行为差。长期而有效的健康教育是必不可少的。
Objective In order to provide evidence for efficient implementation of nutrition and health education, the main goal for this paper is grasping the status of pupils" knowledge, attitude and dietary behavior from Yanbian. Methods A total of 720 students of grade four were selected from Yanji, Wangqing and Antu City with purposive sampling method. All the students were asked to complete the questionnaire. Results The scores of pupils" knowledge , attitude and dietary behavior from Yanbian were(9.12±1.95 ), (46.32±5.35 ) and (20.68±2.36), which indicated that pupils with good condition accounted for 10.6%, 12.4% and 42.2%. Knowledge of nutrition was irrelevant to one's dietary behavior, but negative correlation with traffic tools. Atti- tude of nutrition, gender, family economic status and spare time arrangement were correlated with dietary behavior(P〈0.05). Conclusion The low level of nutrition knowledge, non-positive attitude to the importance of nutrition, poor dietary behavior are re- presented. Therefore, it is essential to consider a long-term and effective education.
