摘要
文章运用正交试验设计直观分析法分析了静电分丝器的三个工艺参数对薄型PET纺粘产品均匀度的影响。研究表明,当静电分丝器的电压为26kV,直流电电流为1mA,放电针板与接地辊之间间距为50mm时,所得产品均匀度最佳。
In order to obtain optimum parameters ofstatic electricity separator, an L9 (34) orthogo- nal table has been used for experiment with arrangement and a visual analysis method has been adopt- ed in experiment. It can be obtained that three optimum parameters are: voltage of 26 kV, direct cur- rent of lmA,distance of 50 ram. The best performance of thin PET spunbond is obtained.
