摘要
文章对半精纺纺纱流程进行了介绍,同时结合羊绒纤维的产品特点,优化生产设备及工艺,并对各道纺纱的产品质量进行严格控制,有效地保护了纤维长度,使得成纱条干均匀度好,手感柔软,绒面丰满,达到预期生产要求。
The semi-worsted spinning process was introduced in the papor. Combined with the characteristics of cashmere fiber products, production process was optimized and the quality of each spinning products was strictly controlled. With good yarn evenness, soft, full fleece, the desired pro- duction requirements were achieved.
