埠村矿承压水上充填复采条带煤柱试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对埠村煤矿911采区条带开采资源回收率低、承压水上安全开采的问题,在9111工作面进行了高水材料充填置换开采条带煤柱试验.现场实践与工程实测结果表明:原条带采空区一次充填率可达到98.7%,确保了后续条带煤柱的安全回收,煤柱采出总量约2.45万t;充填置换开采后的底板破坏深度未增大,仍为原条带开采时期的0~10 m;该面采后地面最大下沉量仅为11 mm,高水材料充填吨煤成本仅增加了98元/t,实现了煤矿安全绿色开采. According to the problem of low resource recovery rate of strip mining and safe mining above confined water in No.9 1 1 mining area of Bucun Coal Mine,the experiment of high water material filling replacement mining on strip coal pillars is conducted in 9 1 1 1 working face. The field practice and measured results show that the original strip goaf filling rate can reach 98. 7% at a time,which assures the safe recovery of the posterior strip coal pillars,and the mount of recovered coal pillars is about 245 00t;the depth of destroyed floor doesn't increase after using the filling replacement mining,which is still 0~10m as in original strip mining period;after this face mining,the surface subsidence value is only 1 1 mm and the high water material only makes the u-nit cost of coal mining increase 98 RMB.It has achieved the safe and green mining.
