摘要 针对"三下"压煤工作面所采用的综合机械化固体充填采煤技术,分析了合理充填材料的选择、连续高效地将煤矸石等充填物料运输至工作面技术——垂直投料系统。济宁花园煤矿应用效果表明该系统可以解放"三下"压煤,提高矿井资源采出率,大大增加矿井服务年限。将掘进矸石直接于井下处理,减轻了矿井辅助提升的压力;解决了矸石等在地面堆放造成的环境污染与破坏问题。 Aiming at the fully-mechanized solid filling mining technology in"three-unders"coal mining face,the paper analyzes the reasonable filling-material selection and the technology of transporting the gangue and other filling materials continuously and efficiently to the working face-vertical feeding system. The application results of Jining Huayuan Mine and other several mines show:the system can liberate"three-unders"coal,improve the mining recovery rate and greatly prolong the service life of the mines;the gangue in digging is disposed directly under-ground,which has reduced the mine auxiliary hoisting pressure;it has solved the problem of en-vironmental pollution and damage caused by the gangue stacked on the ground.
