基于DEA模型的我国煤炭企业技术创新效率研究

Research on technological innovation efficiency of coal enterprises based on DEA

利用DEA模型对2001-2011年我国煤炭企业技术创新效率的相对有效性进行了测算和比较,利用SPSS分析输入输出指标间的独立性并利用因子分析法将具有关联性的输入指标合并为大中型煤炭企业技术创新综合输入指标。结果表明,近年来我国煤炭企业技术创新效率较高,其中2001年、2003年最有效;未来我国煤炭企业在科研院所数量、科研人数、科研经费等技术创新投入方面还有一定的增加空间。

This paper calculates and compares the relative efficiency of coal enterprises＆#39;tech-nological innovation in China during 2001-2011 based on DEA model.We analyze the independence be-tween input and output indexes by SPSS and combine the input indicators with relevance into a techno-logical innovation comprehensive index of large and medium-sized coal enterprises by factor analysis.The results shows that the China’coal enterprises have a higher technological innovation efficiency,the tech-nological innovation of coal enterprises is the most effective in 2001 and 2003,coal enterprises have some place to invest the technological innovation inputs such as the technological innovation institutions,scien-tific researchers and scientific research fund and so on.
