摘要
针对甘肃窑街煤电集团海石湾煤矿油页岩回采巷道围岩在整个使用期内持续变形得不到有效控制的现状,综合采用理论分析、实验室试验、数值计算的方法对巷道变形失稳机理展开研究。结果表明水理、风化作用和不合理的支护时机选择是油页岩自身强度降低的根本原因;构造应力场的存在加剧了油页岩巷道围岩变形破坏的进程。在此基础上提出油页岩巷道高强预紧、适度让压、封闭裂隙、切断水源的围岩稳定控制整体思路,通过采用高强预紧让压锚杆+锚网喷联合支护技术手段,有效地控制了巷道围岩变形破坏,取得了良好的技术经济效益。
Aiming at the situation that the continuous deformation failure which can not be controlled in oil shale mining gateway in Haishiwan Mine,the theoretical analysis,lab tests and numerical calculation are adopted to study the mechanism of deformation instability of the road-way.Results show that the water physical property,weathering and unreasonable support timing are the root causes of strength weakening of the oil shale;the tectonic stress field intensifies the process of the deformation instability of the surrounding rock in oil shale roadway.On this basis, rock control thinking of high-strength prestressing,moderate yielding,occluding crack and cut-ting off water source is proposed.Using the technology of high-strength prestressing and yielding bolt and bolt-mesh-spurting combined support,has effectively controlled the deformation failure of the surrounding rock,and obtained good technical and economic benefits.
