动力学谱及其在多组分同时测定中的应用

摘要 在假 0级反应的前提下 ,提出动力学谱的概念 ,其意义是待测组分 (催化剂或反应物 )能额外产生的产物浓度与待测组分浓度之比随反应时间的变化关系曲线 .基于各组分动力学谱的差异 ,建立了同时测定多组分的多元校正模型 .利用该模型 ,以H2 O2 氧化KI为指示反应 ,对Cr6 + ,Mo6 + 和W6 + 进行了同时测定 .铂电极被用作指示物质I- 3的指示电级 ,装备有AD卡的奔腾电脑被用来同步记录动力学过程 . A concept of kinetic spectrum suited for pseudo zero order indicator reaction is proposed in this paper. The definition of kinetic spectrum is a curve describing the values of concentration ratio of the extra product and analyte (maybe catalyst or reagent) varying with reaction time. Based on the difference in the kinetic spectrum of each component, a multivariate calibration model for simultaneous determination of multi-component is created. Employing the redox between KI and H 2O 2 as an indicator reaction, the mixture of Cr 6+ , Mo 6+ and W 6+ are determined simultaneously by using this method. Platinum electrode is used as an indicator electrode of I - 3 which is an indicator in this system, the kinetic process is recorded synchronously by Pentium computer equipped with an AD card. Principal component regression is employed to create the model and predict unknown mixed samples.
