摘要
以70%乙醇为提取剂、料液比1:30条件下,比较索氏提取法、超声波辅助提取法与微波辅助提取法对鱼腥草总黄酮的提取率,测定鱼腥草总黄酮的还原能力、总抗氧化能力、清除羟基自由基与超氧阴离子自由基的能力。结果表明,3种提取方法的提取率分别为3.97%、2.22%与5.25%。鱼腥草总黄酮的抗氧化活性大小与总黄酮浓度呈良好的量效关系,其清除羟基自由基与超氧阴离子自由基的能力强于山葡萄籽多酚提取物与Vc。鱼腥草总黄酮适宜用微波辅助法提取,是一种有效的天然自由基清除剂。
The extraction rate of Soxhlet extraction (SE), ultrasonic-assisted extraction (UAE) and microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) on total flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata Thunb were compared at the condition fixed 70% ethanol as extraction solvent and 1:30 solid to liquid ratio. The reducing power, total antioxidant activity and ability of scavenging hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical of the extract were evaluated. Results showed that the extraction rate of SE, UAE and MAE are 3.97%, 2.22% and 5.25%, respectively. There have good dose-effect relationships of the extract on antioxidant activitives, and its ability of scavenging hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical are better than the ability of polyphenols from mountains grape seed and Vc. Flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata Thunb are effective natural free radical scavenger. The extraction efficiency of MAE is better that of SE and UAE.
