The method and step of economic evaluation of environment impact was introduced.In Fuzhou City,the economic value of annual health benefit will be 73800000 Yuan,if the air pollution degree would be reduced 50%,in other words,the air quality would be the Level I in GB3095—96,Standard of Environment Air Quality.
