青春期前血清抑制素B检测与睾丸功能评价 被引量：3

摘要 由于青春期前睾丸产生精子的机制尚未激发，无法像成人那样依据精液分析来评估睾丸功能；青春期前雄激素和促性腺激素水平极低、不具有实际检测意义，或需要预激并多次采血检测，故成人广泛开展的常规生殖激素检测项目（T、FSH、LH等）对评估儿童睾丸功能的作用也不大；
