摘要
医师的权利与义务的关系是辩证统一的。在患者的诊疗过程中,医生除了一般公民的权利和义务之外,必须赋予从事医疗活动所需的权利和义务,才能保证医疗职责的实施。医患的关系是相互依存,医务人员权力与义务与患者权力与义务是密切联系的。
Rights and obligations of physicians are dialectically unified. During the process of diagnosis and treatment of pa- tients,in addition to general citizens＇ rights and obligations,doctors must be provided with powers and obligations needed for medical activities in order to ensure the implementation of medical duties. Doctor-patient relationship is interdependent, and rights and obliga- tions of both are closely linked.
