试论医师的告知义务

Doctors' Obligation to Inform

当前大量的医疗纠纷已严重影响了医疗行业的健康发展,如何避免医疗纠纷的迅猛增长是我国医疗行业急待解决的问题。笔者将对我国现有的法律规定的现状、医师告知义务的履行及当前存在的问题和解决的方法进行探讨。

At present, a great number of medical treatment disputes have an extremely bad influence on the healthy development of the medical institutions. How to prevent the rapid increase of the medical treatment disputes is an urgent problem which to be solved. In this paper, the author will have a discussion on the present conditions of the law,the fulfillment of the doctors＇ informing ob- ligations, as well as the existing problems and the approaches to the solutions.
