摘要
目的建立生脉饮(人参方)中五味子醇甲的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,C 18柱(4.6 mm@250 mm,5Lm),流动相为甲醇-水(58∶42);检测波长250 nm。结果五味子醇甲在0.073μg^1.825μg范围内,进样量与峰面积线性关系良好(r=1.0000)。加样回收率为96.9%(RSD为1.0%)。结论此方法准确可靠、重复性好,可用于生脉饮(人参方)中五味子醇甲的含量测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the contents of Scbisandrin in Shengmaiyin. Methods Select Agi- lentCl 8 （250mm × 4.6nm） ;The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water（58：42 ） ;The detecting wavelength was 250nm. Results The calibration curves was linear in the range of 0.073μg - 1. 825μg（ r = 1. 0000） for Sehisandrin. The average recovery was 96.9% ; RSD = 1.0%. Conclusion The method was accurate, reliable and repeatable. So it was suitable to determine the content of Sehisandrin in Shengmaiyin.
