摘要
介绍了核空气净化系统过滤器小室流场模拟的基本方法 ,其中过滤器用多孔介质模拟 ,并简单介绍了多孔介质流体流动的基本特性和运动方程。对于模拟过程中所采用的参数和方法的选择给予分析比较 ,从而得到了比较符合实际气流分布的紊流模型、多孔介质参数 C,并利用该方法分析了有 3台过滤器的小室不同长度下的气流均匀性 ,小室长度越长 ,气流不均匀度越小 ,气流越均匀 。
This paper introduces a methodology for simulating the flow field in a filter house and theories for flow in porous media. The simulation results for different turbulence models and different characterictic valves of C for the porous material are compared and demonstrated. The filters can be analyzed as porous media with C equal to 50 using the k ε turbulence model so that simulations can be used to supplement experimental data. The simulation results showed that the non uniformity would be reduced by increasing the filter house length. The minimum real filter house length with 3 filters whose flow uniformity meets the acceptance testing requirements is 6.9m.
