专利地图视角下中国体育技术创新实证研究

Technological Innovation in Field of Sports in China Under Perspective of Patent Map

阐述中国体育产业发展中的技术创新与知识产权保护相关政策,概括专利地图基本理论,对中国体育的专利保护和技术创新相关研究进行了综述。从专利类型、年度趋势、发明专利授权率、申请人和发明人等角度绘制中国体育专利管理图,从专利IPC和生命周期两个方面绘制中国体育专利技术图,从而深入分析中国体育技术创新。研究表明,中国申奥成功极大地推动着中国体育技术创新活动;中国体育专利申请较多地集中于实用新型,技术创新高度不够;中国体育技术创新活动于2001年之后进入成长期。研究最后认为,中国体育创新在今后应当充分发挥体育类专业大学的作用,注意提高创新水平和质量。

In this paper, the related policies of technological innovation and intellectual property about sports in China were introduced. The basic theory of patent map was recapitulated. Literature review about the technological innovation and patent protection of sports in China was made. The patent management map of Chinese sports was described from the perspective of patent types, annual trend, rate of granted invention, applicants and inventors, etc. The patent technological map of the Chinese sports was also presented from the perspective of patent IPC distribution and technological life cycle. Meanwhile, the technological innovation in the field of Chinese sports was analyzed correspondingly. It was shown that the technological innovation in the field of sports in China was promoted greatly by the successful bid for hosting the Olympic Games in 2001, but its level and quality needed further improvement and it needed further development after 2001. It was concluded that the role of specialized sport universities should be fully developed to enhance the level and quality of innovation.
