摘要
心肺功能是生理学的重要指标,执行功能是心理学的重要概念,探讨两者之间的关系为生理学和心理学之间的连接架起了桥梁,同时更为长期进行有规律的有氧运动可以提高执行功能提供了依据。从心肺功能与执行功能的三个组成部分分别进行评述,其中包括心肺功能与认知灵活性的关系、心肺功能与抑制控制的关系以及心肺功能与工作记忆的关系,进而对心肺功能与执行功能的关系进行全面的了解。
Cardiorespiratory fitness is an important indicator of physiology and executive function is an important conception in psyehology. The exploration of the connection between the cardiorespiratory fitness and exeeutive function builds a bridge for physiology and psychology, proving that regular long-term aerobic exercise will have a positive effect on executive function. This article reviewed the relationship between eardiorespiratory fitness and executive funetion and diseussed the relationship between eardiorespiratory fitness and cognitive flexibility, the relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness and inhibition control, the relationship between eardiorespiratory fitness and working memory.
