摘要
结节性痒疹(PN)是以四肢发生结节并伴严重瘙痒为主要特征的皮肤病。其发病机制尚不清楚,目前治疗多不能取得满意疗效。本文仅就近几年国外有关本病的研究进展进行了综述。
Prurigo nodularis （PN） is a chronic dermatitis characterized by discrete, raised and firm papulonodules with intense pruritus in extremities. The pathogenesis still remains to be elucidated. This disease is difficult to treat and can cause frustration to both the patients and the providers. The pathology, pathogenesis and treatment of prurigo nodularis were updated.
