带状疱疹临床路径诊疗经济学分析

Economic analysis of clinical pathways for herpes zoster

目的:评价带状疱疹临床路径的经济学价值。方法:通过比较非临床路径治疗590例和临床路径治疗603例带状疱疹病例,分析比较患者住院人次、平均住院日、人均住院费。结果:临床路径实施后带状疱疹住院人次明显增多,特别是医保病例住院人次占带状疱疹总住院人次的88.4%,人均住院费下降7.7%;总体平均住院日缩短10%。结论:临床路径实施后带状疱疹治疗规范化,对控制卫生资源不合理增长是有益措施。

Objective： To assess the economic value of clinical pathway for herpes zoster. Methods： The data of 590 herpes zoster patients treated without clinical pathways and 603 patients treated with clinical path- way were collected and compared, in terms of hospitalization person times, the average hospitalization day and tire average hospitalization expenditure. Results： After clinical pathway implementation, the hospitalization person times of patients with herpes zoster increased significantly, especially person-times in patients with medical insurance, accounting for 88.4% of the total person-times. Moreover, the implementation of clinical pathway reduced per capita inpatient costs by 7.7% and shortened the overall average hospitalization day by 10%. Conclusion： The implementation of clinical pathway in the patients with herpes zoster is one of the measures in control of unreasonable increase of heahhcare cost.
