摘要
报道了测定痕量铍的新方法。在pH值为 9.5的NH4Cl -NH3·H2 O缓冲溶液中 ,铍与铬天青S和溴化十六烷基吡啶形成稳定的三元络合物 ,最大吸收波长位于 530nm处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为 4 .10× 10 4L·mol-1 ·Cm-1 ,铍含量在 0 - 10 μg/ 50ml范围内服从比耳定律。方法用于地球化学标样中痕量铍的测定 。
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of Be is proposed in this paper with chrome azurol S(CAS) and Cetyl pyridinium bromide(CPB).In a NH 4Cl-NH 3·H 2O buffer medium of pH9.5,the Complex is formed with its maximum absorption at 530nm.The apparent molar absorptivity (ε) is 4.10×10 4l·mol -1 ·cm -1 .The system obeys beer's law in the range of 0~10μg per 50ml.The method has been applied to the determination of Be in geochemical reference samples with satisfactory results.
