摘要
玻璃行业脱硝一般采用选择性催化还原法(SCR),选择合适的催化剂是SCR技术的关键。该文从催化剂的选型及布置方面进行了比较,结果表明初装一层蜂窝式催化剂在安装、维护、更换方面简单方便,并在保证脱硝效率的同时降低了投资和运行成本。
Nowadays,selective catalytic reduction （SCR）method is widely applied for denitrification in the glass in-dustry.And the selection of catalyst is the key of SCR technology.In this paper,the selection and installation of catalyst were compared.The results show that the initial installation of a layer of honeycomb form of catalyst installation,main-tenance,replacement are simple and convenient operation,and guarantee the denitration efficiency,at the same time re-duce the investment and operation cost.
