摘要
海南学者蒙理明,在《建材世界》期刊共发表论文8篇,进行"非饱和土有效应力的大气张力通用公式与新概念土力学"项目的写作。论文中最具影响力的是,认为"经典有效应力原理"的观点有一部分是不成立的;另一部分可以用新概念来描述,使其更明确和实用。
Hainan scholar Meng Li-ming published eight papers in the journal of the world of building materials. These papers writed for the proj ect of tension atmosphere general formula of the effective stress principle of unsaturat-ed soil and the new concept of soil mechanics.The most influential in the thesis is to think that the classic part of the i-dea of effective stress principle is not established,the other part can be described with a new concept.
