摘要
根据地理信息系统在国内外的实际应用情况,提出了开展基于实景三维GIS水库移动巡查系统研究的必要性,并分析系统目标和设计原则,进而从总体架构、功能模块、系统特点等方面进行研究,阐述利用实景三维GIS、移动GIS、GPS、移动通信、数据交换等技术建设水库移动巡查系统的设计方案,该设计可作为水库移动巡查技术架构的基础,具有一定的实用价值。
Based on geographic information systems in the practical application of overseas and domestic, proposed the necessity of carrying out the research of reservoir mobile patrol system based on real three-dimensional GIS, and analyzed the system objectives and design principles, and thus from the overall structure, function modules, the system features etc, described the over all design of reserroir mobile patrol system with real three-dimensional GIS, mobile GIS, GPS, mobile communications, data exc]hange technology, which was the basis of reservoir architecture, and had some practical value.
