Pentacam在传统LASIK和飞秒激光LASIK术后角膜后表面变化的对比研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过Pentacam对传统准分子激光原位磨镶术(LASIK)和飞秒激光LASIK术后角膜后表面变化进行对比研究。方法回顾性连续病例研究。选取本院2013年2月到2013年7月间行传统LASIK手术患者32例(62只眼)及飞秒激光手术的患者32例(64只眼),分别于术前和术后半个月、3个月对患者进行Pentacam眼前节分析系统检查,在角膜中心和四个时钟方位算出术前和术后的角膜后表面高度差。所得数据采用配对t检验进行统计学分析。结果传统LASIK和飞秒激光LASIK,术后半个月和术后3个月,在角膜顶点位置,角膜高度的变化t值分别是2.08和2.06,P<0.05,相比有统计学意义。而在鼻上、鼻下、颞上和颞下方位,则无统计学意义。在术后3个月传统LASIK和飞秒激光LASIK的角膜高度差的比较中,二者无统计学意义。结论在角膜中央直径4 mm区域内,LASIK术后各部位各时间点角膜后表面高度变化量均比较小。而飞秒激光和传统LASIK在术后对角膜后表面的高度变化的影响程度无太大差别。 Objective Using Pentacam to contrast analysis on the shape of posterior corneal surface after LASIK with Femtesecond ( FS ) laser and with mechanical microkeratome. Methods 120 eyes of 64 case with myopias were divid- ed into 2 groups, 64 eyes of 32 cases in the group of fs laser was applied in making corneal flap while 62 eyes of 32 cases using mechanical mlcrokeratome. The posterior surface was measured by Pentacam hofore half month and 3months after sur- gery. Analysis include posterior corneal elevation of corneal apex , temporal superlor, temporal inferior, nasal superior and nasal inferior quadrants in a 4 mm area of the central cornea. Results There is signifisent different in the change of poste- rlor corneal elevation of comesl apex;and there is no slgnifisent different in the ehange of posterior corneal elevation of , temporal superior, temporal inferior, nasal superior and nasal inferior quadrants among the postoperative LASIK and FS- LASIK at half a month and 3 month. The same result is in the postoperative LASIK and FS-LASIK at 3 month. Conclusion LASIK surgery induces tiny change in posterior coneal elevation of a 4 ram area. LASIK with fcmtosecond laser can effec- tively corrected myopia and astigmatism, it also showed extremely safeties.
