摘要
季节性施工措施是为应对某一地区的气候特征对建筑工程项目施工产生不利的影响而制订的施工技术文件。制订和实施季节性施工措施的目的是降低不利气候特征对建筑工程项目施工的影响,控制和降低投入,使建筑工程项目施工顺利进行,且可增加有效施工天数,保证施工质量满足要求。
Seasonal construction measure is a kind of construction documents which are made for coping the bad effects on construction engineering projects due to the climatic features of a certain area. The purposes for establishing and implementing seasonal construction measure are to decrease the bad effects that climatic features have on the construction engineering projects, to control and reduce the investment as well as to make sure the proceeding of it. What＇s more, efficient construction times and construction quality can also be certified.
