摘要
北京市朝阳区某工程根据地基设计要求、地质条件和场地现状,采用先换填级配砂石再进行CFG桩处理的复合地基处理方法。施工完毕后通过级配砂石荷载试验、压实系数和复合地基荷载试验,证明这种复合地基承载力大幅提高,可有效控制地基变形且可降低工程造价。
According to the foundation design requirement, geological conditions and site conditions of a project in Chaoyang district of Beijing, graded sand is backfilled before construction of CFG pile. After construction, graded sand bearing test, compaction factor and composite foundation bearing test are carried out and it is proved that bearing capacity of the composite foundation is improved greatly, foundation deformation is effectively controlled and construction cost is also reduced.
