摘要
山东省文化艺术中心大剧院地下2层、地上8层,地基处理采用长螺旋钻机成孔、管内泵送混凝土施工的CFG桩。由于空钻段长,为保证桩顶混凝土质量,将超灌高度确定为2m,然后进行基坑降排水及土方开挖,用人工跟进分批次截桩。通过低应变检测、高应变监测、单桩竖向抗压承载能力检测和复合地基承载力检测,均证明该技术能满足设计要求。
The Grand Theater of Shandong Provincial Culture and Art Center has 2 underground layers and 8 aboveground layers. Its foundation is treated with CFG piles which are drilled by using long spiral drill and constructed by using pipe pumping concrete technique. Considering that the empty drilling segment is long, the over-filling height is set as 2m so as to ensure the concrete quality on pile top. Thereafter, foundation pit dewatering and earth excavation are carried out, and then piles are cut manually in batches. This construction technique is proved to meet the design requirements through various inspections, such as low strain test, high strain monitoring, single pile vertical compression capacity inspection and composite foundation bearing capacity insoection.
