慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期血清脂联素与8-异前列腺素F_(2α)的相关性研究 被引量:4

Association between Serum Adiponectin and 8-Isoprostaglandin F_(2α) in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

摘要 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者血清脂联素(APN)与-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)水平的变化及相关性。方法收集2012年12月-2013年7月笔者医院呼吸内科住院的AECOPD患者(42例)及正常对照者(42例)血清,采用酶联免疫吸附方法检测血清APN与血清8-isoPGF2α。水平。结果AECOPD患者血清APN与血清8-isoPGF2α明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(t1=14.51,P〈0.01;t2=17.99,P〈0.01);AECOPD患者血清APN与血清8-isoPGFα。呈正相关(r=0.80,P〈0.01)。结论AECOPD患者全身炎症反应和氧化应激水平升高,全身炎症反应与氧化应激相关,共同参与COPD的发病机制。 Objective To investigate the association between serum Adiponectin(APN) and 8 - Isoprostaglandin F2~ (8 - iso - PGF2~)in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods ELISA method was used to determine the serum level of APN and 8 -iso -PGF2α in 42 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) and in 42 control subjects. Results The serum APN and serum 8 - iso - PGF2α levels in patients with AECOPD were higher than those in con- trol subjects ( P 〉 0.01 ). APN levels were positively correlated with 8 - iso - PGF2α levels in patients( r = 0.8 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The levels of systemic inflammatory response and oxidative stress were elevated in patients with AECOPD. Systemic inflammatory response is associated with oxidative stress.
