Design of Housing Assembly Aluminum Alloy Die-Casting Mould

摘要 根据对壳体组合件结构形状、尺寸及工艺性的分析,选用DCC400型压铸机,确定分型面在零件的最大外表面上。采用4组斜导柱带动斜滑块抽芯,先抽芯后顶出的开模方式,确定了3种镶件在模具中的定位及安装。由于零件内腔尺寸55mm大于内腔外部尺寸45.6mm,采用活动滑块机构脱模,并和顶杆一起将铸件顶出。根据分型面确定模具零件的位置,进而确定了模具结构及其各零件的装配关系。 Based on the analysis of configuration,dimension and process ability of shell assembly structure,the DCC400 die press was adopted,and the parting surface was set at the outer surface.In corepulling mechanism,four groups of oblique guide pillar driving the angle-lift splits were considered to realize the open-mould ways of drawing-core before pull-out,and the position and installation of the three inlay pieces in the mould were determined.Because of the size of the parts inside the cavity of 55 mm larger than mouth size of 45.6 mm,movable slide block demoulding was adopted to push out the part with the ejector pins.Through determining the location of the mold parts according to the parting surface,the mold structure and the assembly relationship of each parts were determined.
