摘要
为了改进高压开关用耐压铝合金壳体铸件的低压铸造工艺,采用金属型砂芯芯中浇注法,通过计算机模拟并在实际生产取得成功,验证了金属型砂芯芯中浇注法是生产大型耐压铝合金壳体类铸件的适宜工艺。
To improve low pressure casting process for producing pressure-resistant aluminum alloy housing for high voltage switch,core-heart pouring with metallic mould sand core was adopted.Numerical simulation was conducted,and practical production obtained successful effects.
