摘要
在ZL101合金的基础上,通过添加Cu、Ni、Mn、V、RE等元素,开发了改良铸造铝硅合金,并对该改良铝硅合金高温(85℃)下在酸、碱、盐腐蚀介质中的耐腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明,高温(85℃)下在酸、碱、盐腐蚀介质中,改良铸造铝硅合金耐腐蚀性能均优于ZL101合金。
On the basis of traditional ZL101 alloy,the modified casting Al-Si alloy was developed by adding some alloying elements such as Cu,Ni,Mn,V,RE.The corrosion resistance of the modified alloy was examined in acid,alkali and salt corrosion medium at high temperature(85 ℃).The results show that corrosion resistance of the modified alloy is superior to that of common ZL101 alloy in acid,alkali and salt corrosion medium at high temperature(85℃).
