降钙素原在肺部结核杆菌感染与非特异性细菌感染鉴别诊断中的应用

目的探讨降钙素原在肺部结核杆菌感染和非特异性细菌感染鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选择肺结核(结核组)患者45例和非特异性细菌性肺炎(细菌组)患者45例。两组患者在应用药物前先留取血标本作降钙素原检测。结果细菌组的降钙素原水平(0.396±0.072)ng/ml显著高于结核组(0.195±0.043)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降钙素原检测可用来鉴别诊断肺部结核杆菌感染和非特异性细菌感染。

Objective To investigate the application of procalcitonin in differential diagnosis between mycobacterium tuberculosis infection and nonspecific bacterial infection of lung. Methods Forty-five patients（tuberculosis group） underwent pulmonary tuberculosis and forty-five patients（bacteria group） underwent nonspecific bacterial pneumonia were chose. Blood specimen were reserved for procalcitonin detection before drug therapy in both groups. Results The procalcitonin concentration of the patients in bacteria group （0.396i0.072）ng/mlwas higher than it in tuberculosis group （0.195：~0.043）ng/ml（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Procalcitonin detection can be used in differential diagnosis between mycobacterium tuberculosis infection and nonspecific bacterial infection of lung.
