摘要
目的：探讨标准化的围手术期护理方案在膝关节置换患者中的应用效果。方法：回顾性研究我院骨科采用人工膝关节置换术治疗的患者118例，围手术期采用标准化的护理方案。结果：118例患者中未出现早期并发症，术后恢复效果满意，术后5～lOd患者出院。结论：采用围手术期的标准化护理方案取得了满意的效果，能够促进患者早日康复。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the standardizing perioperative nursing in knee arthroplasty. METHOD： A retrospective study of 118 patients who had total knee arthroplasty was taken. The standardizing nursing was used during the perioperative period. RESULTS ： No early complications were observed. Postoperative recovery effect was satisfied. And the patients discharged from hospital within 5 - 10 days after operation. CONCLUSION ： Using the standardizing perioperative nursing plan has a satisfactory effect and can promote patients＇ recovery.
