本文报道了 1 (3 吡啶甲酰基 ) 4 苯基氨基硫脲在水合肼存在下关环 ,合成了新化合物 3 (3 吡啶基 ) 4 氨基 5 苯胺基 1,2 ,4 三唑 ,并用氢谱。

This paper reports the synthesis of 3 (3 pyridyl) 4 amino 5 phenylamino 1,2,4 triazole from 1 (3 pyridineformyl 4 phenyl thiosemicarbazide at the presence of hydrazine hydrate as a result of ring closure, whose structure is characterized by 1H NMR and 13 C NMR.
